I understand that the technician is not responsible for doing any type of ground leveling or site preparation. Proper assembly of this product requires a concrete or wood foundation built in accordance with the manual, which must be flat and level across the entire footprint. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure the appropriate foundation is in place prior to the scheduled appointment. I understand that the unit's alignment, functionality, and warranty will directly depend on the foundation it rests upon, and that if the foundation is not properly prepared, assembly cannot take place. I accept that any failure to provide a flat and level foundation may result in leaks, sagging panels, and improper door closure which will not be covered under warranty.
